How to Register  The 5-day Weight Loss Workshops are presented Monday 9h00 to Friday 13h00 from the beginning of June to the end of September.
 Step 1 of the registration process is to decide when you want to come on a 5 day workshop. The next step is to complete the on line registration form indicating clearly which class you want to attend. It is best to register early to avoid disappointment.
Step 2 involves paying the deposit of £300 to secure your reservation. You can do this online or by sending us a sterling or euro cheque made out to Margaretha de Klerk, as long as the cheque reaches Alegria within seven days of making the booking. You can also pay your deposit by bank transfer - please contact me for details. You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation as well as a health questionnaire that you fill in before you arrive.   Step 3 is to pay the final outstanding amount - £700 for the 5 day workshop, once again either online or by cheque. You will receive confirmation by e-mail as well as a welcome pack with maps and brochures of the Gers and Landes.
